Neil is an excellent coach as he provides a calm, professional and safe space for deep and insightful conversations. We met on a monthly basis for around 8 months and I always came away from the coaching sessions more energised, grounded and positive. Neil provides very clear structure to sessions and will also build in any elements to the structure that you feel would assist you in driving further positive outcomes.
